Stieg Larsson

Stieg Larsson was a brilliant Swedish journalist and author who died of a heart attack at the age of 50 in 2004. The main protagonist of his novel, Mikael Blomkvist, is a model of himself, as Larsson too was a journalist who received death threats for the article he used to write. Rumors about his heart attack being faked were also heard, but the latest the publisher denied all these speculations.
